  • Senior Solutions M365 Architect

    EPMPoint a Microsoft Gold Partner and SBA 8A certified company is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions that align with client organizational goals and improve overall business operations. This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions across EPMPoint clients. You will play a key role in planning and executing the most important Technology Modernization projects for some of our top Government and Fortune 100 and 500 clients. You will work with many experienced technical leaders and join our community of experts to continue to grow your personal skillsets, take ownership in building our service capabilities and grow our footprint at current clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for clients, leveraging Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and on-premises file shares
    • Architecting solutions for business requirements on SharePoint Online, Teams, Onedrive and Power Platform.
    • Understand client business processes and challenges, as well as their technology ecosystem and Information Technology hygiene
    • Lead technical discussions to understand client challenges and offer solutions
    • Provide governance, technical expertise, and guidance to other Delivery team members and business stakeholders to drive discovery, design, configuration, validation, piloting, deployment, and support of Microsoft 365 technologies.
    • Participate in Microsoft planning sessions and support the internal team with upcoming relevant changes to be aware of to support our teammates.
    • Evaluate, recommend, implement, and maintain standards across Office 365 components. Strong emphasis on SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform.
    • Strong experience with Microsoft security and compliance solutions, including Purview, Azure Information Protection and Microsoft Cloud App Security.
    • Experience with writing and troubleshooting Microsoft PowerShell scripts.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Preferred: Multi-site/large environment experience; certification in respective technology
    • Deep understanding of Content Management, Information architecture.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    Preferred Experience & Technical Skills

    • Extensive knowledge of the functionality and infrastructure of the Microsoft 365 family of products including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform
    • Proven expertise in security and compliance related to Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies
    • Strong experience with how the product suite interfaces with DLP, threat protection, and other cloud technologies
    • Experience in previous versions of SharePoint/other collaboration technologies/methodologies, Active Directory, Exchange, Database (SQL Server), and PowerShell
    • In-depth experience of business process analysis
    • Working knowledge of Azure AD and familiarity with scripting languages
    • Migration experience (discovery, design, implementation/execution, support, and maintenance)

    Requirements Include:

    • 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions. Especially SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform.
    • 3+ years of experience working with Purview, DLP, Azure AD, eDiscovery, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access Rules, and PowerShell
    • 5+ Years of experience in SharePoint SME as administrator, developer or architect is a must have.
    • 3+ Experience of Powershell scripting

  • SharePoint/Power Platform Developer

    EPMPoint is seeking a Microsoft SharePoint/Power Platform Developer to join our IT team. The candidate should have extensive hands-on PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint development experience and be well-versed in SDLC, the complete MS Solutions stack, and application security. You will work with US Based resources to enhance existing and build new solutions on Office 365 tenant or On-prem environments based on client requirements.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Use an agile approach to SDLC to work with team members in two week sprints. As a developer you will size your efforts and define tasks based on clear user stories and acceptance criteria. JIRA or Azure DevOps is used to plan and document the work of the team.
    • Produce technical design documents that translate business and functional requirements into system requirements.
    • Developing applications from the ground up utilizing skills including object-oriented programming Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, databases (SQL), and Power BI
    • Designing, developing, and configuring scalable web applications
    • Creating system documentation and standard operating procedures for enterprise web development
    • Collaborating with the team in translating user stories and requirements into functional code
    • Identifying critical dependencies and gaps, solving technical challenges, and implementing new enhancements
    • Supporting the deployment process including post-deployment review of logs for errors
    • Collaborating with other team members to support estimation and requirements finalization efforts
    • Defining and developing methods for robust system monitoring and troubleshooting
    • Working with other developers for continuous knowledge transfer
    • Prototype and implement solutions that meet performance, reliability, and scalability needs using Office 365 tools, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI), CSS, SPFx & JavaScript.
    • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with US based development resources.
    • When necessary, provide support on critical application related issues.
    • This is a Senior role where you would be expected to work collaboratively to support and mentor other team members.

    Qualification:

    • BA/BS degree (preferably in information technology or software development) or equivalent strong work experience.
    • 5-8 years’ experience developing custom web-based solutions with SharePoint and Power Platform.
    • 3-5 years’ experience developing custom solutions on Power Platform, Power BI.
    • Federal govt. work experience is highly desired.
    • Hands on experience designing and developing solutions using provider and SharePoint-hosted (more emphasis on SharePoint-Hosted Add-ins) SharePoint Add-ins; Client Object Model (CSOM); .Net Framework, C#, HTML, CSS, REST services, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell.
    • Website application design and development experience using C#, .NET, Visual Studio, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.
    • Experience with the full lifecycle of software development: Translate business requirements into system requirements, Analysis, Research, Prototyping, Design and Development
    • Experience working in Agile development teams and a self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic team environment
    • Expert-level SQL knowledge
    • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
    • Source code management experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps and GIT
    • Experience building applications in Azure or AWS Cloud
    • Experience configuring Azure AD and ADFS
    • Proven experience working with Agile SDLC methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
    • Has an aptitude for prioritizing work in a remote working environment.
